Refund Policy

For products or services that require us to dispatch courseware, the first lot of the courseware will be sent within 20 days of the successful completion of the transaction or by the stated course start date, whichever is later.

This refund policy applies ONLY to products or services purchased online via srishtivinayagaacademy.com. It does not cover classroom programs, correspondence courses, test series, or web-based products where the fee was paid offline.

Conditions for Refund Request:

1. For Products/Services Requiring Dispatch of Courseware:

   • Communication of your intent to cancel must reach us before the first set of courseware is dispatched.

2. For Tests (Online/Paper) or Video-based Products:

   • Communication of your confirmed intent to cancel must reach us before you take any test or receive any test paper.
   • For video-based services, the request must reach us before you view any video in the package.

Refund Request Process:

All refund requests must be submitted in one of the following forms:

• Email: Send an email from the same email address used for product/service registration.

• Letter: A signed letter sent via registered post to the following address:

Refund Terms:

If your refund request meets the above conditions:

• Refund will be processed after deducting all applicable taxes and an administrative charge of Rs. 300/- or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher.

If the payment was made via:

• Credit Card: The refund will be credited back to the same credit card.
• Demand Draft or Payable-at-Par Cheque: The refund will be sent in the form of a Demand Draft or cheque in the name of the person who registered for the product/service, and will be sent to the provided registration address.

Non-Refundable Situations:

No refund will be provided if:

• The first set of courseware has already been dispatched.
• You have accessed any part of the service online.

All refund-related communication should be sent to info@srishtivinayagaacademy.com.

Refund processing will take approximately 5 working days, and the amount will be refunded within 30 working days after that.
